How to Rent a Bike
① Reserve in Advance (Optional)
You can reserve online, or visit without a reservation.
② Come to Our Shop
Visit us anytime between 9:00 and 18:00. No appointment is needed.
③ Show Your Passport
A passport photo or copy is required under Japanese law.
④ Make Your Payment
Choose your bike and pay at the shop before you ride.
⑤ Pick Up and Ride
We’ll get your bike ready right away. Enjoy riding through Kyoto!

Do I need a reservation?
You can reserve in advance using our online form, but walk-ins are also welcome!
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel anytime.
Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. There is no cancellation fee.
What do I need to rent a bicycle?
Please bring your passport.
We require all customers to present a valid passport at the time of rental.
How long can I rent a bicycle?
You can rent by the day or for multiple days.
For single-day rentals, please return the bike by 6:00 PM. For multi-day rentals, you can keep the bike overnight.
Are helmets available?
Yes, helmets are available for free.
Please feel free to ask our staff when you pick up your bike.
Do you have bikes for kids?
Yes, we offer kids’ bikes and child seats.
Available for children of various ages.
Do I need to return the bike to the same location?
Yes, please return the bike to the same shop where you rented it.
We do not offer one-way rentals between locations.
What if it rains?
You can cancel or change your plan freely in case of rain.
Please contact us if you decide not to ride.
Can I rent a bike early in the morning?
If you want to ride early, please rent the bike the evening before.
Our shop opens at 9:00 AM, but multi-day rentals are available.
